New build of industrial shed for Makin Traks earthmoving equipment. Yandina Sunshine Coast.

This Eli Waters project was for the build of the clubhouse facilities which the Thyme Resort residents use. Stylish and modern, and including a bar, restaurant, bowling alley and a number of recreation areas.

The Anchorage is an ongoing project, Ivan Tuohy Constructions has currently built 50 homes within the development.

This Hervey Bay project was for the build of a number of new cabins, all being built at the same time. Each cabin was slightly elevated with timber verandah, and timber skirt to hide the sub-floor area.
