Ivan Tuohy commenced his Carpentry trade at 16 years old, having a passion for working with timber, and now 26 years later, his attention to detail and quality craftsmanship exceeds the standard expectations on any type of project he puts his name to.

Most of Chris’ time is focused on our village projects throughout Queensland. Overseeing this type of volume can be challenging but Chris is passionate about any building and enjoys systemising the process for better efficiency and productivity. Chris controls the projects from estimation through to completion and enjoys building strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders. With almost 25 years in the industry, Chris is always looking for the next challenge and loves leading a team of likeminded legends to achieve their goals.

- Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management)
- Diploma of Building & Construction
- Certificate 4 of Building & Construction
- Diploma of Workplace Health & Safety
Adam brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, working across residential, commercial, and public building projects. His background includes high-rise developments such as apartments, penthouses, and hotels, as well as public infrastructure including train stations and school campuses. Adam manages projects from estimating and design coordination through to head contracts and delivery, working closely with clients and project teams to achieve great outcome.
QUALIFICATIONS
- International Business Advanced Diploma – NMIT
- Construction Management Degree – QUT
James brings hands-on construction experience to his role as Project Coordinator, having begun his career working on site with a strong focus on concrete construction. His practical background gives him a solid understanding of how projects operate in the field, allowing him to effectively coordinate subcontractors, procurement and project administration. Working closely with the project management team, James helps ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered to the high standards ITC Constructions is known for.

- QBCC Builder – Medium Rise Site Supervisor Licence
- Diploma of Building and Construction
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
