Having grown up in the construction industry, learning from his brother Ivan from a very young age, Bede has developed a strong passion for building and delivering quality projects. After successfully owning and operating his own construction company in Victoria, he brings extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience to the team. As our Construction Manager, he works closely with both our office and on-site teams, providing guidance, technical support, and practical solutions to keep projects running smoothly. His commitment to quality, teamwork, and delivering exceptional results makes him a valued leader within the business.

Most of Chris’ time is focused on our village projects throughout Queensland. Overseeing this type of volume can be challenging but Chris is passionate about any building and enjoys systemising the process for better efficiency and productivity. Chris controls the projects from estimation through to completion and enjoys building strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders. With almost 25 years in the industry, Chris is always looking for the next challenge and loves leading a team of likeminded legends to achieve their goals.

Patrick has over 20 years of experience delivering commercial, residential and infrastructure projects across Australia. He specialises in commercial management, contract administration and project delivery, with a strong focus on procurement, cost control and stakeholder relationships. Patrick is passionate about building strong partnerships, mentoring teams, and delivering commercially successful outcomes through collaboration and practical problem solving.

James brings hands-on construction experience to his role as Project Coordinator, having begun his career working on site with a strong focus on concrete construction. His practical background gives him a solid understanding of how projects operate in the field, allowing him to effectively coordinate subcontractors, procurement and project administration. Working closely with the project management team, James helps ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered to the high standards ITC Constructions is known for.

Nellie brings extensive project coordination experience to her role, having worked across a diverse range of commercial and residential developments, including mid-rise residential, hospitals, aged care facilities, and high-end residential homes. Her broad industry background allows her to effectively coordinate project documentation, procurement, subcontractors, and client communication throughout every stage of construction. Working closely with the project management and site teams, Nellie plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, with a strong focus on quality, organisation, and attention to detail.
