Thyme is an ongoing project, ITC Constructions has currently built 210 homes within the development and there are 200 left to build. The homes are constructed of weatherboard or light weight cladding, and are concrete slab on the ground (rather than elevated slab). Our house build for these projects includes complete build of the house and includes landscaping (fencing, lawns, pathways, driveway etc).

In 2023 we also constructed the Clubhouse, which provides modern facilities such as a bar, restaurant, bowling alley plus multiple recreation areas.
