Individual cottages built in Buderim. Excavation of land prior to build commencing to level out block, construction of cottages and adjoining carport for each.

An architecturally designed new home, constructed over 3 storeys. Building to high-end specifications which included off-form concrete, polished concrete floors, a spiral staircase and recycled timber.

Commercial office/shop spaces with 3 residential units behind the complex.

This build was unusual as it had a 1000m2 shed attached to the home. The project was lite construction and had full off-grid setup of power and water.
