Modern rural 3 bedroom home with double height ceilings finished with timber. Other features included an expansive veranda deck done in timber, and an impressive full height double-sided fireplace done in split-stone. This build was unusual as it had a 1000m2 shed attached to the home (co-joining). The project involved excavation of the site prior to commencement of the build as the block was undulating. The project was lite construction and had full off-grid setup of power and water.
