Most of Chris’ time is focused on our village projects throughout Queensland. Overseeing this type of volume can be challenging but Chris is passionate about any building and enjoys systemising the process for better efficiency and productivity. Chris controls the projects from estimation through to completion and enjoys building strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders. With almost 25 years in the industry, Chris is always looking for the next challenge and loves leading a team of likeminded legends to achieve their goals.

Adam’s role is completing tenders where labour and materials are individually calculated and to ensure the cost control during the project is accurate. He also creates project schedules that determine the critical path of the project and the show the task dependencies and hold points of the project as well as lead times for trades and suppliers. Adam ensures that Ivan Tuohy Constructions is compliant with all BCA and QBCC requirements and legislation by completing all the necessary Contracts and Agreements as well as creating the Work Health and Safety Management plans and collate subcontractor Safe Work Method Statements to ensure they comply with Work Health and Safety legislation. Adam has a young active family and is a mad keen golfer.

Travis is a qualified electrician who has turned his focus to the coordination and management of projects from a different level. Working closely with Chris, working on village projects, Travis has a wide range of skills which assist the projects day to day. He’s a Collingwood supporter, but we don’t hold it against him.
